Am I entitled to have my parents present before I am questioned by the police?

Juveniles are not entitled to have their parents present when questioned by the police. However, whether or not their parents were present will be a factor that’s taken into consideration when evaluating whether or not any statements a juvenile gave to the police were knowingly, intelligently and voluntarily given.
